When you install Expert Bundle & Discount, we receive your Shopify store domain and store name. We do not collect any personal customer data, payment information, or browsing history from your store visitors.
We use your store domain solely to identify your shop and deliver our cross-sell and upsell bundle service. This includes retrieving your product catalog (titles, images, prices, inventory status) to display bundle recommendations on your storefront. We do not share, sell, or disclose this data to any third party.
Bundle configuration data (discount rules, product pairings, widget settings) is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas. Analytics data (impression, click, add-to-cart events) is anonymized and stored per bundle for performance reporting. All data is hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry-standard security practices.
If you uninstall Expert Bundle & Discount, your store data is marked as inactive immediately. You may request permanent deletion of all data associated with your store by contacting us at the email below. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
We do not set any cookies on your storefront visitors' browsers. The app uses a session token for merchant admin authentication only, which is strictly necessary for the app to function.
Our app is hosted on Vercel and uses MongoDB Atlas for data storage. These platforms have their own privacy and security policies. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services beyond what is necessary to provide the core bundle functionality.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
